Another afternoon talking NEETS and another bunch of folk who think that a few more entrepreneurs going in to schools to raise aspirations will make things better.<\/p>\n

It wont.<\/p>\n

Because for the vast majority of the time our cultures, in schools, councils and other machine bureaucracies\u00a0actually\u00a0teach a very different lesson.<\/p>\n

The celebration of compliance and subjugation to the system. \u00a0So….<\/p>\n

Here’s to the compliant ones<\/p>\n

The submissives<\/p>\n

The ‘OK’ folk<\/p>\n

The shapeshifters occupying the shape shifting roles<\/p>\n

The ones who see the reason of others<\/p>\n

They are fond of rules and the security of routine<\/p>\n

They can quote you, agree with you, glorify, and support you<\/p>\n

And, when you need to, you can ignore them.<\/p>\n

Because they challenge nothing,<\/p>\n

They don’t push the boundaries<\/p>\n

And, while some may see them as automatons, we see them as gun fodder<\/p>\n

The people who will threaten nothing and will work for little more.<\/p>\n
